I had to figure so many things out on my own- how do I get a car loan, when do I need to go to the doctor, how in the hell do I fill out these college financial forms? When were they due, again? Whoops.

Health insurance? Don’t need it (yes, you do).

Sure, there’s YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok. Well, that’s the problem – too many places to look with opposing information. Is the answer even right for your specific scenario? Maybe you forgot to mention that your passport expires within six months of your travel date (IYKYK).

Analysis paralysis sets in, and even ChatGPT-4 can be completely wrong because guess where it gets the information? The internet! Also, remember that time it hallucinated for everyone in February??

So here’s step one of my design journey- are users actually asking for this kind of help?
